Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 min grace period for All appointments. After the 10 mins you are considered a no show & will be charged the cancellation fee & will need to be rescheduled. In the event of a no call no show or a last minute cancellation after the 24 hour period, there will be a 50% fee charged. After 2 no call no shows, you will be banned from booking any future appointments with me.
